New Listings in Downtown Jersey City Listed between July 10th to the 19th


There are 185 active, 'for sale' listings in Downtown JC as of today. That includes condos, coops, single family and multi-family homes. 219 under contract 18 of which went under contract this week. 22 closing was recorded in the last week.

This is interesting when you compare this to Hoboken.  It has twice the listings, the same under contract and only had one closing this past week.
